I’m Dave Peckett, an award‑winning Creative Services Manager at EY with 20+ years of international creative leadership across global in‑house and agency environments in Ireland and the US. I specialise in brand strategy, creative direction, design leadership and integrated campaign delivery within the Professional Services, Financial Services and FMCG sectors.
I bring deep experience leading multi‑disciplinary creative teams (11+ designers) and managing six‑figure budgets, delivering high‑impact brand and marketing solutions for global organisations including EY, BMW, Disney, Visa, Kerrygold and ARYZTA. My leadership spans brand transformation, rebrands, consumer activation, experiential marketing, packaging design and emerging technology, consistently driving commercial impact and brand growth.
